How Do I Go About Doing This?
After amassing a wealth of knowledge in leadership during my time in several leadership positions at the University of Miami, my several jobs in sales and business, my specialized psychology of leadership education certificate and more, I have decdied to found several leadreship education programs to help connect, lead, end educate other leaders.

Programs
My mission statement currently revolves around three main programs

1. LTI
...otherwise known as the Leaders of Tomorrow Initiative is my first company, which revolves around connecting top students in a variety of different fields with industry leaders such as CEOs, Presidents, and other notable figures.

2. Lift Off Leaders

...is a program I founded to connect aspiring entrepreneurs with local entrepreneurs in addition to educating them on fundamental skills and providing them a likeminded network.

3. The Marketing Mastery Program
...is a program intendend to connect the top marketing students with industry leading professionals such as Heads of Brand, Chief Marketing Officers, and more. They are additionally provided a mentor to help them along their marketing journey and are alotted a trip to New York City to help them discover their dream work place.

1. Ethan Tieu
- Since joining LTI, Ethan Tieu has been published in several articles, was awarded the Goldwater Scholarship (The Most Prestigious Research Scholarship Globally), and selected for several top international internship programs.

2. Alexandr Kim
- Since joining LTI, Alex has founded his own organization known as Bonsai applied consulting and been accepted to several internships.

3. Logan Beatty
- Since joining LTI, Logan Beatty has been published in several articles and been accepted into the Harvard x MIT collaboration for biomedical engineering PHD program.
